Berry Recruitment are seeking an excellent Assistant Restaurant Manager for a large and busy restaurant in the Bolton area. The ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager will currently be working in a volume restaurant environment, will have supervisory and/or management experience, and be looking for a long-term position within an established, independent company as a Assistant Restaurant Manager.
This restaurant is located on the outskirts on Bolton, and is a hive of activity. The annual turnover is approx. £2.5million, and there is a lot of repeat business. It is a large team as befitting the size of the venue, so the right candidate needs to be very hands-on and operational.
Hours of work will include evenings and weekends – the right candidate must expect to work most weekends.
