Administrator required to work within a busy office environment completing variable functions utilising computer systems such as LocateIT (Warehouse Management System), Microsoft Office, Order Manager, Amos, Mast, MXP and direct customer communication via e-mail (Outlook) and telephone.

  • Daily customer and supplier communication via telephone and email.

  • Preparing pick instructions within the warehouse management system (LocateIT)

  • Updating of Excel KPI spreadsheets/reports for Carnival review.

  • Accurate line by line data entry for inbound goods into multiple computer systems

  • Prepare paperwork for Export shipments

  • Data report checking

  • Perform all duties efficiently and safely as instructed by Administration Team Leader

Candidate requirements are as follows:

  • Min 4 GCSE’s grade A-C including English and Maths or equivalent

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word and Outlook)

  • Computer literate

  • Attention to Detail

  • Good organisational, communication skills and attention to detail

  • Customs/Bond knowledge would be an advantage but not essential

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all areas of the Operation

Full training will be given!

Monday to Friday: 8.30-5.30 (1 hr lunch)
