We are currently on the search for a new Administrator to join a friendly and welcoming team in the heart of bustling Truro offering hybrid working. This role is to commence at the beginning of September'22 and you will be joining them in their new offices with free on site parking!

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support for the Directors and Managers
- Maintaining and keeping client records up to date as well as new business accounts
- Assisting with the preparation of portfolios for client reviews
- Liaising with clients, providers and other departments as required
- General office duties, filing, record keeping, switchboard monitoring
We are seeking someone who is highly organised who can give great attention to detail
If you are from the Financial Services Industry this is desirable but not essential
You must be able to work well as part of a team but also on your own initiative
Excellent IT Skills , proficient in Microsoft Office , Word, Excel etc.
In return the company are offering an annual salary circa £20k + to be discussed upon job application
37.5 hrs a week, flexible start and finish times to suit
Hybrid working 2/3 days a week
