We are currently seeking an Administrator / Business Centre Coordinator to join a friendly, welcoming and successful company on the outskirts of St.Austell

Are you from an Administration or Hospitality background with great customer service, administration skills and want to work in a friendly office environment and have your weekends free? If so we would like to hear from you!

Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for:

- Being the main point of contact on Reception, taking telephone and email queries from clients and tenants

- Manage office space and conference enquiries

- Meet, greet and assist visitors to site

- Assist the conference hosts with facilities

- Promote the office space and conferences facilities

- Monthly invoicing and dealing with account queries

- General Office Admin duties as required

We are seeking someone who has excellent customer service skills to create a friendly welcome, have great attention to detail and happy to be part of a team that pull together

Excellent communication skills are essential

Administration / IT skills

The hrs are Full Time 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
