7.5t Customer Delivery & Installation Driver
Plymouth
Various shift patterns
Temporary ongoing
PAY 14.00 ph
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Safely deliver, install and demonstrate White Goods, Televisions and cookers into customers property
Engage with customers, keeping them informed and ensuring delivery and installation is carried out to the highest standard
Maintain regular contact with the site throughout the day to meet any changes to customers delivery requests
Ensure hand held operating devices are used correctly by completing visits and gaining customers signatures
Liaise with manufacturers at point of delivery if necessary
Able to meet physical requirements of the role
Ensure full compliance with all transport legislation and law
Required Skills/Qualifications and experience:
Full UK/EC C1 driving licence with no more than 6 points on licence
Valid Digi Card and CPC card
Passion for delivering excellent customer service
Strong verbal communication
Flexibility with shift patterns
Previous experience of installing electrical appliances
Ability to utilise equipment and correctly handle products for a safe delivery
Use initiative to problem solve
Previous experience of driving a 7.5t vehicle
DBS Check will be required
