7.5t Customer Delivery and Installation Driver

Location: Durham, DL16 6JB
Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Hours: 45 hours per week

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and eager to be part of a leading technology retailer? We are looking for dedicated 7.5t Customer Delivery and Installation Drivers to join our team in Durham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver, install, and collect a wide range of electrical products, including white goods, televisions, and cookers, directly to customers’ homes.


• Act as the face of the company, delivering top-notch customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.


• Ensure all deliveries are completed before shift end, with flexibility to handle varying end times.

Skills Required:

• Customer Focused: Strong dedication to delivering an excellent customer experience.


• Effective Communicator: Clear and concise communication skills.


• Literate & Numerate: Essential basic reading, writing, and numerical skills.


• Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet and resolve any issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

• A full UK/EU C1 driving license (maximum of 6 penalty points)


• Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC).


• Driver Qualification Card (DQC) – desirable.


• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
